Integration through adult education

15 million people with an immigrant background live in Germany. It is a vital yet sometimes difficult task to integrate them. Education is not only a human right but also the key for successful integration and empowerment of disadvantaged groups. The Paritätische Bildungswerk took on this issue in several multilateral projects with the aim to improve and strengthen intercultural education with and for migrants through multiplier training and the development of concepts. The Paritätische Bildungswerk's current EU project M.E.I.N. is another project that deals with structural strengthening and improvement of intercultural education.
